Join Ariana for a gentle, restorative sound bath designed to relax and reset your nervous system.  Ariana will guide the group through some deep breathing to slow down your heart rates and help ground your energy. Then she will play a sequence of instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, and drums. The vibrations will help change your brain waves and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to boost your body’s natural healing abilities & immunity. 

 

This event will be held at The Zen Den HB located upstairs at 714 Adams Avenue, Huntington Beach. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your space. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. There are bolsters and blankets available at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own. A eye mask is also recommended for added comfort. The cost to join is $33 and you can pay cash, Venmo, or Zelle at the door (Zelle preferred).
